1 – Don’t leave your crypto on an exchange. They own it, not you. Be sure to use exchanges only for exchanging, not storing your crypto.

2 – Use offline storage wallets. Ledger devices are the safest way to store your crypto.

3 – Never share your recovery phrase, a combination of words given when you set up your Ledger, with anyone. But make sure you back this up correctly otherwise you could lose access to everything!
